Pentel P207 is my favorite mechanical pencil. It’s a refillable pencil (the erasers too) that is built so well that I have never had one malfunction, yet is inexpensive enough that I don’t mind if I lose one.

I just picked up a P205 and P209 (different leads, lighter/darker lines) and I’m excited to try out the more expensive PS535 and the PS315. As far as I can tell the PS535 and the PS315 have a sleeve mechanism that keeps the lead more sturdy, yet other than that there isn’t much of a difference.

Kodansha Sets Up Shop To Publish Manga in U.S.:

Kodansha, the largest publisher in Japan and an important licensor of manga to U.S. publishers, is setting up an office in New York City and plans to begin publishing and selling manga direct to the U.S. market beginning in October. The new line of manga will be called Kodansha Comics and it will be published under Kodansha USA Publishing and distributed by Random House.

This is pretty crazy. Seems kind of like Ableton Live but web–based. I like Ableton but would consider using this depending on how much it costs to host the audio data. I am always running low on space on my MacBook Pro.
